10/13/2010 3:26:36 PM I was an employee for this restaurant during the summer. I was in the kitchen washing dishes one day and noticed a man walking in, he took pictures of every cook one at a time. I found that kind of odd so I asked the manager on duty what was going on, and he told me that the owners were buying all their cooks fake green cards and social security cards (apparently they were all being paid in cash and the owners want to start paying them with a check). I told him that was highly illegal and i wanted no part of it, so i got another job and quit. They own four restaurants and they employ between 25 to 30 illegal aliens all range from Mexicans, Russians, brazilians and Indians.
