10/7/2010 10:59:51 AM After being an employee at Kenyon Plastering. I seen first hand that they employ illegal immigrants. They would tell the employees to go and get a fake id, and SS#. For their record, In order to pay the employee. Payroll would receive a notification stating the employee's SS# does not match the employee information, and the management of Kenyon would tell Human Resources person to terminate the employee and rehire them with a different name and SS #, and tell the employee where to go and get a fake SS# and ID. The joke around the office was to go to the Social Security store. Anoter big problem is Kenyon has illegal immigrants driving there work trucks too. The employees do not even have a drivers license. When a driver has gotten in accidents in the work truck the general manager would instruct one of the safety managers to go out to the accident right away get all information, and they would pay the damages themselves instead of reporting it. They have paid off so many people. They consider it hush money. They teach all levels of management as well employees how to cheat the federal, and SS admin.and how to get away with hiring illegal workers. They also have an employee working there that use to be in law enforcement in Arizona where their corporate office is. He can get all information necessary through connections of other law enforcement officers. He is also very aware this has been going on for many many years at Kenyon. He will give levels of management orders on how to scam the system and how to get around the law. Do all a favor and investigate this company you will uncover a HUGE illegal operation, that has made John Kenyon a millionaire running a business off of illegal immigrates.
