3/9/2010 12:53:22 PM I have been working at this location and know that atleast 15 employees are illegal. I also know that the manager Eduardo Parra hires them knowing that they are illegal. I know the stories of how some of them got here and how some were caught and sent back the first time they tried. I know some of their real names. I have even seen the so called "Permenent Residence Card" that they are all using, I have also seen the fake social security cards they use the few i have seen look ridiculously fake. One was even printed on card board. I was in the office 2 weeks ago and Eduardo the manager was putting a new hire in the system and it wouldnt take becasuse her social started with 800 something and the system told him anything starting over 775 is reserved for future use. He then showed me the girls social security card and i laughed at how fake it was. He then told me that they sell them readily at the flea markets on Buford Hwy. He also told her that her social was not valid and why it wasnt. Well the next week i see him putting the same girls info in the system and i also saw the new social card which started with 600 something now. Now that girl is employed at my job and working. This is not just an isolated incident. I know of two other guys who have been fired from Chipotle previously and now are working at my location under different names, because they were unrehireable in the system, I also know the manager Eduardo hired Alfonzo A.K.A. real name Victor knowing that wasnt his name and that he was not rehireable in the system. Its amazing to me that they are able to do this surely the SSA has to know that these names don't match the SSN numbers. I cant believe that are government my managers, or Chipotle Corporate care that this is going on. They keep me from getting a decent wage because they will work for $8 an hour forever. They also being taken advantage of I mean at night when i close we are supposed to leave at 11pm well if we are not done the amnagers make everyone clock out and continue working until 11:30 sometimes. Yeah are food is great and organic and everyone loves it but i bet if people knew how that tasty food came to be some would not appreciate it. I will also be contacting ICE, and the inspetor general with social security because something has to be done.
