6/6/2009 7:19:52 AM Dick Clark's American Bandstand in Branson Missouri is currently in litigation in a Department of Justice case OSC Charge nO. 197-43-56 and OCAHO Case No. 08B00029 This action was brought forth due to Dick Clark's hiring illegal workers and firing the man who complained about it. Not only is DC's in a Department of Justice case they also were found to violate the minimum wage laws of Missouri. Dick Clark's was paying many of these illegals $1.30 below the actual minimum wage of $6.50 (at the time)and DC's was also found to violate the wages of the grill's servers. As of this moment ICE has yet to INVESTIGATE this action. It is however, in a DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE HEARING. These are facts and we all hope ICE raids the Dick Clark complex.
